Our founder underwent three mammograms before a cyst was biopsied and found to be benign. Following an invasive needle biopsy, she was immediately sent for another mammogram, raising concerns about the cumulative radiation and painful compression of the sore site, including the physical and emotional toll of repeated procedures. The cyst resolved on its own within six months, but the experience stayed with her.
Clear exists so women in Palm Beach County have another choice: precise breast imaging without radiation, compression, or heavy metal dye IV injections.

Book online, no referral needed
Choose a time that works and pay securely when you schedule. Plan on about an hour at the clinic. Wear a two-piece outfit, skip lotion or deodorant on the chest that morning, and bring any prior mammogram, ultrasound, or MRI reports so the radiologist can compare. Your technologist walks you through everything before the scan begins.
A warm-water scan, 10 to 20 minutes per side
You lie face down on a padded table while one breast at a time rests, gently stabilized, in a warm water bath. The scanner rotates around it, collecting a true 3D image from nipple to chest wall. Nothing presses on you and nothing is injected. Many women close their eyes and rest.
A report read by a board-certified radiologist
Your images are interpreted by a radiologist trained in QT imaging and delivered to you securely and promptly. We can send a copy straight to your provider, and we will always point you back to your physician for what comes next. Then you dry off, get dressed, and go about your day.
