Clear was opened for
the women who want
a precise alternative
to mammography.
Dense breasts. Implants. Under 40 with a family history. Over 40 and wanting an alternative to mammography, precise and dependable imaging that is comfortable and risk-free. A callback that turned into weeks of waiting. Repeat monitoring of a benign finding. Or simply the wish to see your own tissue clearly, on your own terms, without a referral. If your situation is not listed below, reach out and we will talk it through.
Dense. Implants. Under 40. Over 40. Called back.

"Or you simply want a choice, and a clear answer on your own terms."
Dense tissue and cancer both appear white on a mammogram, which is why dense breasts are harder to read and callbacks more likely. Compression around implants can be uncomfortable and carries a risk of shifting or damaging them.
- Under 40: routine mammograms are generally not recommended yet, so QTI gives higher-risk younger women an early baseline
- Over 40: QTI works alongside routine screening as a supplemental scan between mammograms
- Callbacks, cysts, and fibroadenomas: repeat imaging that can stretch on for years
QTI answers all of these the same way:
- Sound instead of X-rays
- No pressure
- 3-D acoustic sound images of the complete breast, from nipple to chest wall
- No referral needed

What
a scan
is not
A QTI scan is not a mammogram. It is performed on an FDA-cleared Breast Acoustic CT scanner and is often compared to a breast MRI, without the contrast dye. Many women choose it as an alternative to mammography, and your healthcare provider should remain part of any screening decision.
We provide the imaging and a radiologist's report. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and any findings are reviewed by the appropriate qualified physician. If you are unsure whether the scan fits your situation, reach out. We will tell you plainly if we think it is not the right next step.
